The Knitting Basket Store Policies

Credit Card Purchases:
Minimum purchase of $10.00.

Checks:
Customers must show current Driver’s license when writing a check. All checks returned for insufficient funds incur a $25.00 additional processing fee.

Returns:
All purchases must be returned within 60 days of purchase along with original receipt. All returns will be credited as store credit only.  Patterns and books cannot be returned.

Special Orders:
We will be glad to special order yarn at any time. All special orders for yarn brands not stocked must be purchased by the bag. A 50% deposit is required at time of all special orders

Store Promotions:
Only one store promotion or coupon is applicable per transaction.


Class Policies:
• Pre-registration and payment in full must be made in advance of all classes.
• Class cancellation must be made within 48 hours of scheduled class time. Refunds will be given as store credit only. If a student does not cancel and is a no-show, there is no refund. No exceptions.

Help Policy:
In an effort to be fair to ALL of my customers, The Knitting Basket is starting a new “help” policy. If you have purchased your yarn at The Knitting Basket, you’ll always get your basic questions answered at the time of purchase, and if you need more help, the first 20 minutes are free. If you need additional help after the first 20 minutes, the charge is $5.00 per 30 minute segment. If you have not purchased your yarn from me, the charge is $10.00 per 30 minute segment. Please call or e-mail ahead to ensure that we have adequate staff and time to help when you need it.

Security of Information:
We value your privacy. Your contact information is used to process and fill your order. Because we use Paypal, your financial information is secure. And The Knitting Basket never shares or sells your information, including you e-mail address, to any individual or commercial venture.
